• AI-generated bathroom renovation visualizations
• Cloud storage for your visualizations
• Download capabilities for generated images
• Telegram bot integration for easy access
• Commercial licensing for professional use

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans: We offer monthly subscription plans with different visualization limits:

• Starter Plan: €99/month - 20 visualizations
• Professional Plan: €299/month - 50 visualizations
• Business Plan: €499/month - 100 visualizations

Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service for any automated or bot-based access (except our official Telegram bot)
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute visualizations without proper licensing

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, display, and use the content to provide the Service.

Generated Visualizations: Visualizations created by our AI become your property. All paid plans include a commercial license allowing you to use generated images for commercial purposes.

Our Technology: The Service, including our AI models, software, and branding, remains our property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.

7. Content and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your uploaded photos are stored securely in the cloud
• We do not share your content with third parties without consent
• You may request deletion of your data at any time
• We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

AI Accuracy: Visualizations are AI-generated concepts and may not perfectly reflect real-world construction results. They should be used as design inspiration, not exact blueprints.

No Professional Advice: The Service does not provide professional architecture, construction, or design advice. Consult qualified professionals before undertaking renovations.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yesman LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes to these terms via email or through the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You will lose access to your account and stored content
• No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time
• You may request a copy of your data within 30 days

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
